- Description
- This is a 1977 National Women’s Conference ID card belonging to Etta Moten Barnett. It is a plastic laminated card with a color photograph of Etta Moten Barnett in the top left hand corner. In the photograph Etta Moten Barnett is depicted from the neck up. She is wearing a black top and glasses. In the upper right corner of the card is hand typed text in black ink that reads “ No. 7603.” Below it are pre-printed lines filled in with hand typed text that read “NAME / Etta Moten Barnett / CLASSIFICATION / D A L / STATE / Ill. / SERIAL NUMBER / 1806 / SIGNATURE / Etta Moten Barnett [handwritten].” Along the bottom margin is black text that reads “ NATIONAL WOMEN’S CONFERENCE 1977.” In the bottom right corner is a small black graphic. The graphic resembles a black oval with a flat top, missing its upper right corner. Down the center of the oval is the symbol for a female. Towards the top left of the oval are two horizontal lines. At the center top of the ID card is a round hole with a piece of string tied through it. The back of the card is blank.
