Description

Above the entrance, there is a sign for [SOUTH CENTRAL LOS ANGELES / MULTISERVICE & CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER]. A few groups of individuals are standing on the sidewalk in front of the building. One side of the building is visible behind a chain link fence on the right side. The photograph has a repeating back print.
