NMAAHC x òL | Outside Lines

Available exclusively onsite in the Museum Store, our Chocolate City collaboration with D.C.-born designer Allen Aderotoye and his brand Outside Lines "òL", was inspired by the term “Chocolate City,” a nickname for Washington, D.C. made popular in the 1970’s to describe the city’s rich, thriving Black culture. About the Museum Store 

The store is operated and managed in collaboration with Smithsonian Enterprises. For general questions about store operations and merchandise call (202) 633-6167 or email NMAAHCMuseumStore@si.edu. 

Hours 

10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Last entry 5:00 p.m.) on days the museum is open to the public. Please note the museum opens at 12:00 PM on Mondays, except those observed as Federal Holidays. 

Visit 

Passes are required to visit the museum. If you do not have a standard entry pass, visitors may obtain a Dine and Shop Pass to facilitate museum entry to dine in the Sweet Home Café or shop in the museum store.

Become a Vendor

If you wish to propose a product for consideration, submit a Vendor Proposal form to NMAAHCMuseumStore@si.edu.  

Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to respond to individual proposals. A representative from Smithsonian Enterprises will notify you if there is an interest in the item.
